Mission Folk Music Festival
Now in its 38th year, the Mission Folk Music Festival is a welcomed summer tradition set in the stunning natural beauty of Fraser River Heritage Park in Mission, BC. The Festival is known for its warm community spirit, world-class music, and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that brings people together through song, story, and shared experience.
Each July, the Festival presents a diverse lineup of artists from across Canada and around the globe—celebrating folk, roots, and traditional music in its many forms. With shaded day stages, intimate workshops, participatory activities, an artisan market, global food offerings, and wee folks activities, there’s something for everyone.
Along with its annual festival and concert series, Mission Folk is a space of cultural exchange and connection—where audiences discover new sounds and traditions, and where emerging artists share stages with seasoned performers. It’s also a whole-of-community effort, made possible by hundreds of volunteers, local partnerships, and a deep commitment to accessibility, equity, and sustainability.
Rooted in heritage and always evolving, Mission Folk is a vibrant, people-powered celebration of music and community. Find your folk with us—July 25–27, 2025.
