Living life at FullTilt is a daily reality for Kerry Ward - both personally and professionally, This approach has facilitated an extraordinary range of unique experiences. Over the last 18 years, Kerry has created and delivered training for more than 2000 different organizations all over the world - and more than 150,000 people. His company, FullTIlt Team Development, partners with several hundred groups of people each year to initiate positive transformations. 

As a serial entrepreneur, Kerry worked as an independent media producer in the motorcycle magazine industry, built a venture funded software company, and taught HR teams how to create world class teams. 

With a YouTube channel that has delivered 2.5 Million hours of content featuring Ultramarathon races and adventures from all over- Kerry is an original creator of long form content. He competes in some of the most extreme races hundreds of miles long in spectacular and challenging terrain. His Travels have taken him to nearly 100 different countries, is an acrobatic Swing Dancer, and has participated in Burning Man for the last 15 years -often attending with his daughter, Indigo, who began accompanying him at the age of 11.
