Joel Yi

Joel Yi is a high-performance sales strategist and a Forbes Council and Entrepreneur-recognized expert in scaling elite sales organizations. Since 2018, he has generated over $200 million in revenue for his clients and led teams of 100+ sales professionals. As an international student in the U.S. in 2015, Joel made a life-altering decision by enlisting in the U.S. Army. A path that ultimately led to his American citizenship and a few years later, a commission as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves. That experience of service and discipline shaped the mental toughness that defines his leadership today. Following his military service, Joel founded a multi–7-figure sales agency and was named CEO of the Year 2023.
